  • Our client is a leading PR agency in India, focused solely on the IT industry. Our task here, is to understand the space within which their clients are operating, and to translate that into market focused strategies that can be implemented in the Indian market.
  • Our client is a major multinational who supplies the core components for the manufacture of PCs in India. The task was to accelerate PC desirability. India is not traditional gaming country, and we identified a "pilot" project for bringing about PC desirability across urban and rural centers.This pilot included identification of the town, a complete school contact program, creation of a software to track usage. Our ambitious program included exposing 50% of the youth population to PC based games. The entire project from start to finish was conceived and executed by us with minimal client interface.
  • Our client is a UK based telecom connectivity intermediary. Our task was to establish an entry strategy into India. We identified a "pilot" city, and engaged all the prospects on a periodic basis, and created the conditions for RFPs and RFQs.
  • Our client is a nationally distributed network solutions provider of Indian origin, offering hardware and implementation solutions through leading Systems Integrators in the country. Our task was to identify the positioning that the client should occupy in the marketplace, and in the minds of the prospects and recommend a strategy.
  • Our client is a leading broadband player, who was keen to expand the customer base rapidly. Our task included the geographical spread that the client should focus efforts on, as well as creation of broadband desirability in this limited geographical spread.
  • Our client is a micro payment mechanism for usage over the Internet. Our task included assistance in identifying and executing a channel strategy, and creation of new and relevant applications for rapid penetration.
